If you are looking for a workout that is easy on your joints, really fun, builds muscle, burns fat AND releases toxins from your body, you have come to the right place!
It's true! Bouncing really does ALL of that and more! BounceFit was created out of a need. We found traditional cardio modalities to be either incredibly boring (read gym equipment) or really hard on our joints (hello running). We also love that we get the same benefits from a 3 minute session on the trampoline as a 10 minute run!
All you need is a trampoline and your amazing body! We'll provide the rest!
