BounceFit

You'll bounce your way into a good day after taking this class!  Not only are BounceFit classes the opposite of boring old cardio workouts, the benefits are innumerable.   During BounceFit, you will have the opportunity to move to the beat of the music  (optional) while learning fun choreography (also optional!).  We also incorporate strengthening exercises between bouncing sessions to increase your arm, leg and core strength.  

BounceFit Circuit

Looking for a class that combines bursts of cardio with muscle building exercises?  Look no further.  A BounceFit circuit class is just that, a circuit of exercises in your very own station.  You will alternate between one minute cardio bursts on the trampoline followed by an arm or leg strengthening exercise.   This class differs from a BounceFit class in that the intervals of bouncing on the trampoline are shorter.  The icing on this cake is an ab set to finish class off.  Don't blink.  This class will keep you moving, having fun and will be over before you know it.

Bounce n' Barre

Combine the leg, core and arm strengthening exercises of a barre class with the benefits of bouncing and you'll be hurrying back for more.  You are sure to get a low impact, full body workout as you alternate between barre and bounce sequences.  We will use a wide variety of props to keep each class fresh and fun!  No tutus, dance background or bounce experience needed!  Not ready to bounce?  No problem!  Any movement (walking in place, knee lifts etc.) on the trampoline counts!  This class is new and is only being offered as a 'pop up' class right now.  See the "EVENTS" page to schedule your next BounceBarre class!

PiBounce

If the two best ways to strengthen your core had a baby, this class would be it!  Resistance bands connected to the trampoline will allow us to simulate some highly effective pilates reformer exercises.  Time spent bouncing on the trampoline will challenge and strengthen your pelvic floor and core.  Not ready to bounce?  No problem!  Any movement (walking in place, knee lifts etc.) on the trampoline counts!  This class is new and is only being offered as a 'pop up' class right now.  See the "EVENTS" page to schedule your next BouncePilates class!
