  • Will I fall off?

    • We strongly doubt it!  Once on the rebounder, you have more space to move in than it looks like from afar.  In addition, your core and stabilizing muscles kick in immediately to help keep you balanced and on the rebounder.  The more you bounce, the stronger and more stable you will become so let's get started!  Always remember, your only "job" in class is to have fun and move in a way that makes you feel good.  If that means small, non-bouncing movements until you feel comfortable, go for it!

  • I'm nervous.  I've never been on a rebounder before.

    • First off, congratulations on trying something new!  We know that bouncing on a rebounder is unlike any other fitness class you have tried and that can be intimidating.  However, we want you to know that our classes are a space for you to come as you are, have fun and move in a way that makes you feel comfortable and GOOD! That may mean that you enjoy the beat of the music while doing a modified (safe) move on the rebounder.

  • What is the best class to take first?

    • We suggest you start with a BounceFit Circuit class.  In circuit classes, we have shorter intervals of time on the rebounder, giving you time to get used to the rebounder and enjoy it!  BounceBarre and BouncePilates classes are also a great place to start (BounceBarre and BouncePilates are currently being offered as "pop up" classes". Make sure you are on our email list to receive weekly updates on pop up classes.

  • What should I wear to class?

    • Your favorite workout gear and supportive exercise shoes.  We also suggest a supportive sports bra.

  • Do you do special events or birthday parties?

    • YES!  You can rent out the studio (and instructor) for any type of celebration.  Kick your birthday off with a fun workout with friends!  Start a bridal shower off with some good music and movement!  If you can dream it, we can do it!  Use the "contact us" button to reach out and we will make your event happen!
